Career Guidance.

Career guidance is beneficial in both subject choice (Grade 9) and career planning (Grade 11 and 12) contexts. The process is based on a holistic understanding of the individual through the use of both standardised tests and narrative techniques. This provides an in-depth picture of aptitudes, personality, interests and values. Results are discussed in a feedback session along with a comprehensive feedback report to guide decision making.

Mid-Career.

Mid-career assessments make use of both standardised tests and narrative techniques to assist in creating an in-depth picture of aptitudes, personality, interests and values. The holistic nature of this process seeks to understand each individual within their context and aid them in career decision making, whether that be a slight change in focus or a move to an entirely new field of work.

Surrogacy.

This process involves a psychological report to be used in the legal context. These assessments take place at the request of your legal representative. In order to ensure a comprehensive process, I conduct the testing, interviewing, interpreting and report writing. Reports are required for both the commissioning couple and the surrogate.
